Faith-Centered Wellness Advocate & Personal Fitness Trainer
My name is Emily, and I’m on a mission to inspire others to live healthier, more empowered lives through a blend of faith, fitness, and wellness. My journey is rooted in my belief that true well-being starts from within—physically, mentally, and spiritually. And at the center of it all is my faith in Jesus Christ.
Growing up, I was always drawn to movement and the joy it brought to my life. I discovered yoga at 16 through a month-long, full-time intensive program. That experience gave me an early appreciation for the mind-body connection, and I realized how powerful taking care of yourself can be. Over the years, I’ve expanded that practice, whether it was through ballroom dance, pole dance, or hot yoga. Fitness has been a consistent thread throughout my life, not just because it keeps me strong physically but because it helps me stay centered mentally and spiritually.
But it wasn’t always easy. There were seasons in my life when I struggled with unhealthy habits and felt disconnected from the version of myself I wanted to be. My faith became a lifeline during those challenging times. Turning to Christ helped me reframe the way I saw my body and health. I began to view it as a gift to steward, rather than a burden to bear. My commitment to fitness became more than just a way to stay in shape—it became an act of gratitude, a way to honor the body God gave me and show others that wellness is achievable for everyone.
As a certified personal fitness trainer (ACSM), I now help others discover that same balance. Fitness isn’t just about how many reps you can do or how fast you can run. It’s about feeling good in your skin and creating habits that bring joy and longevity to your life. My training philosophy is deeply influenced by both science and my faith, and I work with my clients to ensure they’re building a strong foundation—physically, yes, but also mentally and spiritually.
In my own fitness journey, I’ve learned how important it is to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. That’s why I emphasize personalized plans that take into account where you are, where you want to be, and how your lifestyle fits into that. Whether it’s strength training, core stabilization, agility work, or simply learning to breathe better, I’m here to support others in finding their way toward lasting fitness.
I’ve made wellness a central part of my lifestyle. I incorporate clean natural products to support my physical health. As a partner with The Wellness Company, I am passionate about using and sharing products that are backed by science and designed to promote a healthier lifestyle. I truly believe that what you put on and in your body makes a difference. From nutrition to skincare, my approach is holistic, focusing on helping others achieve a sense of balance and wellness that lasts.
The products I use and promote aren’t just part of my business—they’re part of my daily life. Whether it’s through natural supplements, environmentally friendly household products, or effective skincare, these items have become essential tools in my quest for better health. They’re part of what has helped me stay focused on my goals and maintain a lifestyle that aligns with my values.
But more than anything, what drives me is a desire to bring hope and encouragement to others. My faith in Christ calls me to love and serve people, and I find so much joy in helping others take steps toward a healthier life. I believe that each of us is called to live life abundantly, and I see wellness as an integral part of that calling. My hope is to guide others in caring for their bodies and souls so that they can live out a wonderful purpose more fully.
For me, wellness is about more than just fitness or products. It’s about stewarding the life we’ve been given—honoring God by caring for our health, so that we can serve Him and others with energy, joy, and grace. Whether I’m sharing tips for meal prepping, demonstrating a new workout, or offering insights on how to integrate faith into daily habits, my goal is always to embody an encouraging and uplifting attitude.
Ultimately, I’m here to walk alongside others in their wellness journey, providing the tools, support, and encouragement they need to make lasting changes. I believe that when we take care of our bodies and trust in God’s plan for our lives, we can live with a sense of peace and purpose that surpasses all understanding. And that, for me, is the true definition of wellness
